Christmas lights are twinkling on neighbor’s trees. Candles blazing in windows. Carols streaming on the airwaves. It’s advent, a time to meditate on the amazing gift of Christ, the light that entered our darkness and made our hearts sing. To focus on this season, I’ll be taking the month of December off blogging. In the meantime, I encourage you to look closely at the people you meet each day, many of whom are facing their own darkness and share the light of Bethlehem.
“Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life,” John 8:12.
