Dear Readers and Subscribers,

This bonus post is for you!

In just five weeks, my memoir, “Redeeming Ruth: Everything Life Takes, Love Restores,” will be released by Hendrickson Publishers — and available wherever books are sold.

I’m putting together some fun giveaways and planning a book launch party/open house/author reading on Wed., May 3, from 5-7:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Patten Free Library in Bath, Maine. There will be music, food, drawings, books — Oh, and me!

This has been a LONG journey, but one that I pray will be worth it as all the hard hours of writing and re-writing and re-writing and re-writing…. will finally be delivered in the form of a beautiful hard-cover book with 16 pages of color photos that I am eager to share. I hope you will join us and help spread the word about Ruth’s inspirational story.

If you have not already pre-ordered the book and want to, we are planning to run-it-up-the charts at Amazon on Monday, May 1, the day the book releases. So watch for promotional plugs and links to share on social media encouraging others to buy the book on that day between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Best of all, all personal proceeds benefit orphans and people with disabilities in Uganda. In thanks, I’ll be holding several drawings giving away gift certificates to your favorite book store!

In April and May I’ll also be hosting a series of amazing women guest bloggers from the Redbud Writers Guild sharing their own stories of motherhood, loss, and redemption.

To make sure that you don’t miss out (and I didn’t accidentally delete your email with recent changes to my web site!), please make sure to have subscribed. As additional assurance, shoot me a comment below!

Abundant blessings,

Meadow
